Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bizzy Apps Pro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bizzy Apps Pro.

Our Services

Bizzy Apps Pro provides food ordering web app development and hosting services for food businesses. Our services include:

• Custom food ordering web application development
• Ongoing hosting and maintenance of your web app
• Order management dashboard access
• Payment processing integration
• Technical support during business hours

Subscription & Payment

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis with a one-time setup fee of £150. Monthly subscription fees are determined by your total online order turnover in the preceding month, as detailed on our Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of VAT.

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced
• Subscription fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled mid-month

No Contract & Cancellation

We operate on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum term or fixed contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice to us in writing at office@bizzyapps.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No exit fees or penalties apply.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and menu information
• Maintaining the security of your dashboard login credentials
• Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws
• Obtaining any necessary licences and permissions for your food business
• Compliance with food safety, allergen labelling, and trading standards regulations
• The accuracy of pricing, descriptions, and allergen information in your menu

Intellectual Property

Bizzy Apps Pro retains ownership of all platform technology, code, and infrastructure. Your business content (logo, menu, branding, photography) remains your intellectual property. Upon termination of your subscription, you retain all rights to your business content, which will be provided to you in a reasonable format upon request.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzy Apps Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in that month.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services, internet providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
