3. Online ordering fees
Where a 5% service fee including VAT is offered, the customer agreement should define the transactions to which it applies, settlement arrangements and any separate payment-processing costs.
4. Hardware
Hardware specifications, warranty, delivery, installation and returns should follow the terms confirmed at purchase.
5. Availability
No technology service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption. Any service levels offered should be stated in the applicable agreement.
6. Liability
